Devan is a seasoned HR Professional with over 35 years overall working experience within Malaysia and APAC in HR Consulting, Recruitment, Training, Key Account Management, Business Development, Project Management and Customer Service.

Prior to founding Skillup Training & HR Consultancy, he had worked in senior roles for leading corporations such as BTI Consultants, Kelly Services & Persol Kelly, Halliburton, Diners Club, Nokia and HSBC.

He is a Senior Certified Professional of the Society of Human Resource Management, USA (SHRM), Certified Consultant in Career Transition Services through Career Partners International (CPI), Certified Forte Profiling Coach through The FORTE Institute and Certified REACH Ecosystem Practitioner.
